Elixir Raw Honey Elixir Honey was born to provide honey as nature intended. We love making good, honest products that nourish and energise people.
All our hives are in Western Australia, a vast uncrowded land where our bees spend the long sunny days feasting on nectar from bush and forest blossoms.
We harvest the honey as simply as possible so it's all natural. We offer raw honey so you get all the goodness the bees bring back to the hive.

What's blossoming now?

The flowering seasons are best captured by 6 seasons identified by the Nyoongar people of Perth, Western Australia. It's Djeran (Apr - May) now, when the smaller tall trees flower.

We have harvested:
Raw Ghost Mallee – delightful mild taste
Raw Peppermint – exceptional, distinct minty taste
Raw Marri Mix – start of the Marri (redgum) but had Ghost Mallee still in hives – so lighter version of redgum
Raw Karri – the South West’s very special golden delicious honey that is listed as an ‘’occasional’’ flowerer in the books – and so very, very special

And gently warmed to stay runny longer:

Peppermint – exceptional, distinct minty taste
Wildflower – a mild honey with a gentle floral aroma
Ghost Mallee – delightful mild taste
