At Elixir we harvest our honey naturally & simply so you get all the goodness the bees bring back to the hive.  Our careful process involves gravity filtering from a single harvest site, no blending and no heating in the case of our thick, creamy raw honey. The precious liquid is gently tapped into glass jars. This natural extraction gives you extra delicious & extra healthy real honey.
