We will replace or refund you for any jar of honey that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original jar for replacement if in Western Australia. By law, we cannot accept returns of honey from outside Western Australia due to our clean honey environment and the quarantine laws that protect it. We are also unable to accept return of honey that was damaged due to shipment, or honey that is ordered in error. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of flawed product. Once the honey is received we will refund your credit card/Paypal account for the cost of the honey less shipping and handling.
