We will replace or refund you for any jar of honey that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original jar for replacement if in Western Australia. By law, we cannot accept returns of honey from outside Western Australia due to our clean honey environment and the quarantine laws that protect it. We are also unable to accept return of honey that is ordered in error. Please contact us at email@example.com or 0431 890 544 within 7 days of receipt of goods.
