Such a tiny flower on such a big tree... Beekeepers take their binoculars out to see if the karris are flowering as it's so big and the flowers are so small and so high up, or you have to spot the fallen blossoms or listen out for the noisy lorikeets - birds that love the trees in blossom. Scientific name is Eucalyptus diversicolor; the tree grows to 90 meters and prone to delimbing.
