Tasty brekkie - but you have to mix it night before or very early in morning if you get up then. Alas my picture was taken sans banana and sultanas. 1/2 tsp ground flax 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup water 1 dessert spoon of sultanas 1 sliced banana 1 tsp honey drizzled on top
Put the first 4 ingredients in a cup at least an hour before you want to eat them. Add sliced banana and drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
