To make this honey bread:
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of yeast in 2 cups of tepid water with 1 tablespoon of Elixir Honey
Allow to sit for 10 mins
Add 2 teaspoons of salt and 3.5 cups of wholemeal flour and knead to get a nice elastic dough. Add more flour if it's too sticky.
Sit in 2 greased bread tins for 1 hour in a warm spot covered with a tea towel.
Bake for 40 mins at 200/180 degrees fan forced.
You can top with sesame seeds or use other flours for variety.
