What's blossoming now: Bunuru February - March

Second summer

We've got Mallee from Widgiemooltha, Wildflower from the coastal plain north of Perth , a lovely light coloured honey with lovely floral depths not usually found in wildflower. Spring Banksia from the Moore River  a dark honey with a smoky flavour.  Set York Gum from Paynes Find  a milder tasting set honey.  Also some Dryandra from Woodridge which is golden in colour and caramel in taste.
