Honey Joys are a childhood favourite. We
all find them extra tasty and more delicious without sugar and with
linseeds.
Ingredients:
4 cups cornflakes
½ cup of linseeds
1/3 cup plus 1 Tablepoon Elixir raw
Honey
90g butter/Nuttilex
Method:
Add all dry ingredients to bowl
Gently melt butter and honey. Do not let boil.
Mix melted butter and honey to dry ingredients and mix well but gently.
Spoon mixture into cupcake papers.
Bake in moderate oven 180C (150C in fan forced oven) for 10 mins - till
golden.
Allow to cool on pan - for crispier Honey Joys.
