Ultra Tasty and Healthy Porridge

This breakfast really sets you up of a morning. In summer I make it up the night before and let it soak overnight and enjoy cold.

Ingredients:
Handful of raw oats
Teaspoon of poppy seeds
Tablespoon of chopped almonds
Tablespoon of sultanas
Half a tablespoon of pepitas
Half a cup of water

Method:
Warm gently in pan on stove. Do not let boil.
Remove from heat and add Elixir Raw honey to taste.
